Delivery & returns

Your cart and delivery

Adding items to your cart does not place an order or arrange delivery. Keep your order confirmation for any completed purchase.

Delivery calculation

The supplied pack prices are £8, £14 and £20. The cart calculates £3.49 UK delivery, or free delivery when the items subtotal is £20 or more. Final delivery destinations, charges, dispatch times and estimates will be confirmed before orders are accepted. Adding items to the cart does not reserve a dispatch date.

Refunds and returns

All sales are final and nonrefundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns or exchanges. This policy does not remove mandatory cancellation rights or remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered goods. Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, these may include a 14-day cancellation period; any exceptions must be lawful and disclosed before purchase.

Report a problem

Email support@lovepeace.store with your order reference and a description of the issue. Include relevant photos if helpful, but never send full card details. Contact support before returning anything so the appropriate instructions can be provided. This does not limit statutory rights.

Other sellers

If you purchased through another seller or checkout, also refer to that seller’s terms and order confirmation.
